Troy Hitch,
Global Chief Innovation Officer

Troy is the Global Chief Innovation Officer of Proximity Worldwide and is responsible for identifying innovation opportunities across the network and enabling breakthrough experiences through ideation facilitation, thought leadership, technology recommendations, and partnership management.

He’s a Google Design Sprint facilitator and the architect of several proprietary collaboration tools including The Proximity Propulsion Session, a creative process which uses design thinking to engineer a world class experience-led idea.

Troy is an innovator in content creation and social media. He’s the creator of the breakthrough transmedia hit You Suck At Photoshop, which was named one of Time magazine’s “Top 10 TV Episodes of The Year.” Troy is a seven-time nominee and three-time Webby Award winner, TriBeCa Film Festival short-lister and National ADDY Award winner. His work has been recognized by The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, Advertising Age, Wired and NPR.
