Olivier Rippe

Olivier is CEO of Proximity Paris.

He started his career in 1994 at production company Hamster Productions and, within 3 years, had created his own integrated agency, Voove. He then sold this agency to Swedish group Cell Network and moved into business development and strategy leading a joint venture between Lagardère and Accenture.

Olivier has over 10 years’ experience in media and has worked with a wide range of high-profile clients including Canal Satellite, IKEA, P&G, Mars, Mercedes Benz, Ubisoft and Krug.

He joined Proximity Paris as GM of the digital department in 2004 before working his way up to Managing Director and then President.

In 2015, in addition to his function as CEO of Proximity Paris, Olivier became CEO of BBDO Paris group.

During his tenure, he has led the agency to numerous accolades, including winning Agency of the Year at the Effie Awards twice.
