A passionate and innovative leader, Mike is the Global CEO of Proximity Worldwide.
Mike joined Proximity in 2008 and served at the helm of the London office for 8 years. During this time he led a significant period of growth and transformation, securing the ultimate London recognition – as Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year – in 2015. Most recently he spent two years as Global President responsible for new business, culture and talent development across the network.
Mike started his career as a brand manager for GTE before making the transition to agency side at BMB&B. He then spent long spells at BBH and OgilvyOne, where he was CEO of their London office.
Throughout his career he has been associated with bringing development and growth to some of the UK’s most iconic brands including Royal Mail, BT, British Airways, Virgin, the BBC, and John Lewis.
Mike earned his Bachelor degree from Queen Mary’s College, University of London and is a Harvard Business School alumni having graduated from their Advanced Management Program in 2013.
